How much does shipping cost?

Germany: 4.50 EUR, Free shipping for orders above 60 EUR

Europe: 9.99 EUR, Free shipping for orders above 150 EUR

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to ship all orders on the same day if placed by 10am. Within Germany, the shipping time is 1-3 business days. To all other countries, buyers can expect 2-7 business days for shipping.

Which delivery service do you use?

All international shipments are shipped by DHL. Within Germany, we also use DHL for most of our parcels. Only some smaller items might get shipped by Deutsche Post.
