How much does shipping cost?

Germany: 3.99 EUR, free shipping for orders over 50 EUR

EU countries: 6.99 EUR, free shipping for orders over 150 EUR

Switzerland: 6.99 EUR, free shipping for orders over 150 EUR

United Kingdom & Norway: 9.99 EUR (excl. import duties), free shipping for orders over 150 EUR

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Outside the EU we only ship to Switzerland, Norway, and the UK. Any and all customs duties must be paid by the buyer.

How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ship all orders on the same day if placed by 10am. Within Germany, the average shipping time is 1-3 business days. To all other countries, buyers can expect approximately 2-5 business days for shipping depending on the carrier and country.

Which delivery service do you use?
The majority of our parcels are shipped by DHL. For very small items, we use Deutsche Post's letter postservice. 

 

Returns
How long is it possible to return my order?
We grant all EU-buyers a 14-day “right of withdrawal” from the date of receipt of the products. Unfortunately, we cannot longer accept any products after the cancellation period has expired.

I don't like the product I ordered. How can I return it?
Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order and explain your cancellation. We will then send you the return address. The return costs must be paid by the buyer.

My product is damaged / I would like to make a complaint.
We are very sorry if you received a damaged product. Please contact us immediately about the problem. In case of damage, we request a photo of the damage. After examining your complaint, we will discuss with you how to proceed. We can send you a free replacement product or offer you a partial refund.
